2022 RAFFLE CALENDAR
2022 Season Fees

Football/Cheerleading (before 8/1/2022) $150
Cost per child ($200 after 8/1/2022)

Mandatory Fundraising Deposit $50
In addition to submitting the payment you will need to provide the following forms:
Birth Certificate with raised seal
For new players/cheerleaders — not required for returning players
Final Report Card
Current Physical
Date of physical must be January 2022 or later
Please try to bring all forms and registration fees that have not yet been turned in to your first practice.

Doors open 8:15am, competition begins at 9:00
Football practice is 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Monday – Thursday
Practice is at Carr Park, located at the corner of Winslow Ave, and Fulton St. in Medford, MA.
