Any football players that still have equipment, jerseys, etc, please bring them to the Jr. Mustangs banquet on Feb 24th.  You can also email us and we can make other arrangements if needed.

2024 (last year’s) PARTICIPATION DOCUMENTS:

Proof of Age

Proof of age can be either a child's Birth Certificate with raised seal or theiir Passport. This is required for all NEW players & cheerleaders. Participants from last year do not need to provide this again.

2024-2025 PARTICIPANT CONTRACT AND PARENTAL CONSENT FORM

This form must be uploaded at registration. Participant's name must match birth certificate exactly.

Final Report Card 2023-2024

Last report card of the 2023-2024 school year. Please bring a complete paper copy to the first practice.

2024 Medical History Form

PHYSICALS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED, BUT... this form must be filled out COMPLETELY by parent or guardian, and uploaded at registration.

Football Age Groups: 

A child’s age on July 31, 2025 is his/her age for the 2025 season.
 

6U Rookie (7-on-7) ages 5-6

7U ages 6-7

9U ages 7-8-9

11U ages 9-10-11

13U ages 11-12-13

Pop Warner requires a minimum of 16 registered players in an age group to field a team (10 players for 6U Rookie)
 

2025 Season Fees

FINANCIAL AID WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS IT
