JR MUSTANGS FOOTBALL AND CHEER REGISTRATION FOR 2026 WILL OPEN IN MARCH!

Football Age Groups: 

A child’s age on July 31 of the season’s year is their age for the season.
 

13U ages 11-12-13
11U ages 9-10-11
9U ages 7-8-9
7U ages 6-7
6U Rookie (7-on-7) ages 5-6

Pop Warner requires a minimum of 16 registered players in an age group to field a team (10 players for 6U Rookie)
 

PARTICIPATION DOCUMENTS: (THESE WILL BE UPDATED WHEN THE 2026-27 DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE)
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NO LONGER NEED TO UPLOAD THESE DOCUMENTS DURING ON-LINE REGISTRATION.
YOU WILL ELECTRONICALLY SIGN THE MEDICAL HISTORY AND PARTICIPANT CONTRACT DOCUMENTS DURING ON-LINE REGISTRATION. 
PROOF OF AGE AND THE FINAL REPORT CARD WILL NEED BE COLLECTED BEFORE A PLAYER CAN PRACTICE. 

Proof of Age

Proof of age can be either a child's Birth Certificate with raised seal or theiir Passport. Please bring the actual document (not a copy) to an in-person registration/document collection or the first day of practice. If you are a returning player you shouldn't need to turn this in again.

Final Report Card 2025-2026

Last report card of the 2024-2025 school year. Once final report cards are available, please either EMAIL us a .pdf from School Brains or bring a complete paper copy to us at an in-person document collection
